Gem is based in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, and has been supporting The Rock team remotely—but you’d never guess he’s offshore with the way he keeps everything humming. From managing guest bookings and answering enquiries to running our social media and updating safety plans, Gem’s the quiet force behind the scenes, making sure everything flows like a well-planned cruise.

With a background in executive assistance and customer service, Gem brings structure, focus, and a whole lot of heart to the team.
