The Rock | Bay of Islads Adventure Cruise

The Rock Adventure Cruise 05/06 April 2018

Some sharp shooting on the cruise as we made our way our out to safe anchorage for the night, tucked away in a sheltered Bay

It is well-known that the Bay of Islands boasts some of the country’s most spectacular scenery. What is less known is that of the 144 islands, very few can be accessed (or even seen) if you stay on land. To explore, you have to take to the water.

That’s why The Rock Adventure Cruise is so special, because it gives you a long, lingering look at many of the area’s islands as you cruise - plus the opportunity to play beach games or go for a gentle walk up to a vantage point.

The Rock Adventure Cruise 05/06 April 2018

Off to a smoking start with Target Shooting... getting to know each other with some of our guests showing us their party tricks! The next morning saw us get ready for snorkelling by introducing everyone to The Penguin Dance....have you ever seen a penguin dance? Beautiful 360 views from the top of Motuarohia then back to The Rock for some lunch. Then we saw dolphins! These gorgeous creatures came to say hello, what a way to end an awesome cruise
